We welcome any feedback that you may have as we see this as an opportunity to further improve our services.
We encourage all patients to complete the Patient Feedback Survey that they will receive after their procedure whilst in the Recovery Lounge.
This feedback is reviewed and results considered by our committee on quality.
Additionally most patients will receive a phone call from our team approximately 2 weeks after your procedure where you can also provide feedback.
If you have a concern about the services or care that you received, please contact the Nurse Manager at the Day Hospital or write to the CEO. Concerns can be received by writing a letter, by telephone, in person or through our survey system.
