Open Access Endoscopy
Montserrat’s Open Access Endoscopy pathway (also known as Rapid Access Endoscopy) lets qualifying patients bypass the initial specialist consultation and proceed straight to a scheduled procedure within 7–14 days. It’s a very streamlined approach that means less time waiting and faster access to vital gastrointestinal investigations, such as colonoscopy and gastroscopy. It’s a fantastic referral option for patients who meet our clinical criteria and require timely care – without compromising quality or safety.
No Gap Doctors
All Montserrat Specialists are proud to be No Gap providers for privately insured patients. Please note: While we make every effort to minimise out-of-pocket expenses, if an external anaesthetist is engaged, an additional cost will apply.
Privately insured patients
If your patient has appropriate private health insurance, they will not be charged a gap for their procedure (aside from any applicable excess or co-payment required by their insurer).
Self-insured patients
We provide competitive, all-inclusive quotes that cover the doctor, hospital and anaesthetist fees. Our team can give patients this quote on request so they understand their costs before treatment begins.
