Dr Peter Ko is a specialist gastroenterologist with an interest in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy. He works as a senior staff specialist at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. Peter graduated from medical school in 2007 and completed his specialty training in South Korea. During this time, he completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in internal medicine.

Peter has been working as a consultant gastroenterologist since 2013 and achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in 2019. Dr Ko moved from South Korea to New Zealand in 2018, before settling in Brisbane in 2021.
