It reduces the time to diagnosis, supports Australia’s Bowel Cancer Screening Program, and triages patients with positive test results.

Dr Gilmore is an active clinician and researcher, as well as a patient advocate. His research focuses on quality improvement and the real-world use and effectiveness of novel IBD therapies in Australia. He leads numerous clinical trials and has published papers in Australian and International medical journals.
