Montserrat to provide Extended Maternity & Paternity Leave (30/10/17) Montserrat will be providing an additional 12 weeks Maternity leave at 50% pay to permanent staff and the new policy will also provide 7 Days Paternity Leave for Montserrat permanent staff.
