Samford Road also offers a Rapid Iron Infusion Clinic led by Dr Rebecca Ryan using the Ferinject infusion. This may allow some patients, subject to a consultation, the ability to have a normal 6 hour infusion take place in less than 2 hours.

Samford Road is located in the suburb of Gaythorne, in North-West Brisbane, just up the road from the Enoggera Army Barracks.

The hospital comprises of:

• 2 operating theatres
• 2 pre operative beds
• 4 first stage recovery beds
• A suite for 6 patients in second stage recovery
