Qualifications
Dr Hung’s journey from rural Taiwan to metropolitan Melbourne culminated in his acceptance at Melbourne High School, followed by his medical studies at the University of Melbourne. He earned his MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) in 2003 and completed surgical training at Austin Health, including rotations throughout Victoria, Tasmania, and Alice Springs. Dr Hung achieved Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2014. Currently, he serves as a Staff Specialist General Surgeon at Bundaberg Private Day Hospital, finding great reward in his work within a regional healthcare setting.

Qualifications
Rasika earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Peradeniya in Sri Lanka in 1997. He then served as a Lecturer in Anatomy for one year, followed by roles in Anaesthesia for a year and a half, and in General Surgery for over two decades. In 2019, he was awarded a Fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
Rasika’s pursuit of medical knowledge continued where he earned a Master of Surgery in 2005 in Sri Lanka. He became a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2007 and obtained his Australian Medical Council Certificate in 2010.

Dr Lim’s journey in medicine spans across continents, beginning with her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at Mangalore University, India, where she graduated with first-class honours in 1996. Following this accomplishment, she pursued a Masters of General Surgery at the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, which she completed in 2003.
Upon relocating to Sydney in 2008, Dr Lim further specialised in Upper Gastrointestinal and Hepato-pancreato-biliary (HPB) surgery, achieving Fellowship status at Liverpool Hospital in 2011. Her dedication and expertise were recognised with the award of Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2014.
Dr Lim has been an esteemed member of the medical team at Bundaberg Base Hospital since 2012, before joining Montserrat Medical Services in 2024.
