The Montserrat Group welcome any feedback that you may have as we see this as an opportunity to further improve our services.
Every visitor will be provided the opportunity to complete a Patient Satisfaction survey at the day hospital whilst they are in recovery. All feedback is reviewed & investigated, with results being collated and follow-up conducted by our appropriate managers and committees.
In addition, most patients will receive a follow-up text message in the days after their procedure to ensure you are feeling healthy and well and to see if you wanted to provide any additional feedback on your experience.
